August 7th: Children's librarian Ann-Kristine will stop by from 14.00-16.00 (2-4pm) and we have lots of different recycled materials for you to use. So whether you want to make cool things out of old books or learn how to embroider, sew or something completely different, there's something for you.

August 8th: From 16.00-18.00 (4-6pm) Ann-Kristine, who is multi-creative, will focus on helping you sew and repair clothes, teach you how to embroider and much more. Feel free to bring clothes if you have a pair of pants that need to be folded or similar, as there are sewing machines available. We have fabric and second-hand clothes that you can sew with.

It is free to participate - no sign up needed.

Navigating Culture Shock in Denmark

This workshop will address some of the most common themes expats wish they had known before moving to Denmark, and is aimed at giving you inspiration to a smooth and happy settling in Denmark.

You will leave equipped with insights into the dynamics of culture shock and its intra-psychological impacts as well as tools to manage the emotional rollercoaster of international transition.

The workshop is facilitated by Nanna Hauch from Expat Hero. Nanna has had 4 stints as an expatriate and is now back in Denmark working with enhancing the wellbeing of internationals all over the world.
