Festival for Community - September 6th + 7th

Join Spinderihallerne when they, together with 25 Realdania-supported venues across the country, open the doors to a 25-hour festival in the name of community on September 6th and 7th.

At the Festival for Community, you can meet a wide range of authors, researchers, debaters, architects, musicians, and food creators who, through conversations, music, and food events, will put community under the microscope.

What is a good community? How do we get more people involved? And how does it actually feel in your gut when community really unfolds?

Everyone is invited, and participation is free of charge.

Baby Lounge - start up September 25th

Mornings for parents on maternity leave at Vejle Art Museum – completely free!

Are you on maternity leave or a stay-at-home parent looking for different and inspiring experiences with your baby?

On the last Thursday of every month, we open our doors for a couple of inspiring and baby-friendly hours at the art museum and the museum's new special exhibition, Frugtbar (Fertile). Here you can play, experience art, and socialize with other parents in pleasant surroundings.

We provide coffee, tea, fruit, sensory experiences for the little ones, and a short introduction to the exhibition from the museum's curator.

You can also meet a health visitor from Vejle Municipality, who will be there from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., where you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your child's well-being.

The offer is completely non-binding and open to anyone with children aged 0-3 years. BABY LOUNGE is open from 10am to noon, but it's totally fine to “be late” or leave early - and if your child is sleeping in the stroller, come and have a cup of coffee or take a look at the exhibition in the meantime. Whatever fits your rhythm.

The event is free and does not require registration – just show up and feel free to bring your parent group with you!
